At En-Vision Property inspections, our slogan of “Inspections Exceeding Expectations” are not just words on paper. Our inspectors don’t just take a 2 week online course and start inspecting homes. Our inspectors are Certified Inspection Experts which exceeds the industry standards and are the highest certified inspectors in the industry. They go through a rigorous in-house training program and assist on inspections with a lead inspector. This gives them the field experience as well as the knowledge to live up to our slogan..

Every inspector at En-Vision Property Inspections is also certified through InterNACHI, the premier inspection association. They also exceed the industry standards for continuing their education every year. At En-Vision Property Inspections, we do not just follow the standards, we raise the standards.

Our Team

Brian Walker

Brian Walker has been in the residential & commercial construction industry his entire life, working as a trade, builder and re-modeler. He is a nationally certified Master Inspector and the owner of En-Vision Property Inspections.

Brian is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) with Internachi and is also certified to teach continuing education classes to Realtors thru CE Marketplace. Brain is also a field trainer for home inspector students at ATI Home Inspection Institute.

Educating the customer and real estate agent is a top priority for Brian. He teaches all inspectors to carefully review maintenance and deficiencies with the client as well as the real estate agent.

Michelle Walker

Michelle Walker is the co-owner of

En-Vision Property Inspections. She is an Accountant and Licensed Real Estate agent and she brings over 20 years experience in the construction industry.

Michelle overseas the day-to-day administrative functions as well as scheduling, accounting, human resource, marketing and social media. Michelle is also certified to teach continuing education classes to Realtors thru CE Marketplace. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs.

Joe Payne

Joe is a nationally certified home inspector. He has a passion for ensuring the safety and quality of properties. Integrity, honesty and dedication are the pillars of Joe’s work ethic. He believes clients deserve transparency and truthfulness during the inspection process. He remains unbiased and committed to providing objective assessments, allowing clients to make informed decisions about their investment. As a skilled communicator, Joe excels in translating complex technical jargon into easily understandable language for his clients. He takes the time to walk clients though the process, ensuring they fully comprehend the findings and potential implications. In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, "zoo", and woodworking.

Lex is our Client Care & Scheduling Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry. With a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, Lex specializes in scheduling and following up on client requests. Lex is driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and is constantly honing her skills, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to provide our clients with nothing short of excellence.

Outside of the office, Lex is devoted to her family and loves to spend quality time with her loved ones. She also enjoys watching movies on Netflix and cooking. Lex is an invaluable asset to our company, embodying our commitment to delivering top-tier care to each and every client.

Madalynn Walker

Madalynn is the website and marketing coordinator for En-Vision Property Inspections. Born and raised in the home inspection world, she is no stranger to the industry. Madalynn is a student at the University of Michigan studying graphic design. In her spare time she enjoys drawing and spending time with her dog.
