NXT Structural Warranty

Covers Structural malfunctions/ failures in footings and foundation systems, beams, girders, lintens, masonry arches, columns, load bearing walls, partitions, roof framing systems and floor systems. 

 

Coverage is for 12 month starting from the Inspection date.

125 Day Warranty

 A 125 Day Limited Mechanical and Structural warranty comes with your home inspection. This warranty is valid 125 Days from the date of inspection date or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later..  

 

This warranty covers repairs to items that En-Vision Property Inspections has found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within your warranty.

You will never have a deductible to pay.

The Platinum Roof Protection Plan covers your home for a period of 5 years following the date of the inspection against new leaks. If any new leaks are found that were not present at the time of the inspection, after deductible, repair costs are covered up to $3,000.

 SewerGard is offered for a period of 125 days following the date of inspection, or 22 days after closing, whichever comes          later.

The provided 125 day warranty covers defects to the interior of the home. SewerGard is the only coverage available for the exterior water and sewer lines (exclusions apply).

​

SewerGard covers exterior water and sewer lines against failure from normal wear and tear. Coverage for line breakage, collapses or significant leaks that affect the functionality of the homes sewer and water systems.

Mold safe

The Mold Safe policy is valid for 125 days after the inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later.

​

If mold is found in your home that was not present at the time of the inspection, you are covered for remediation, up to $2,000.

Recall chek

En-Vision Property Inspections records the model numbers of your built-in home appliances and HVAC systems.

​

The Model Number Algorithm (MNA) matches your appliances against the RecallChek database of recalled items. 

​

RecallChek issues a report, sperate from the home inspection report. This report is emailed directly to you.

​

This service is intended to provide homeowners with valuable information on how to receive FREE repairs from manufacturers in the event a recalled appliance is found. This service is not meant to be used in the inspection response process.
